The Kerala Table

Food is memory, medicine, and welcome — all on one banana leaf.

4 days / 3 nights Year-round Ernakulam · Alappuzha 2–8 guests

Kerala's food is not cuisine. It is an entire philosophy — of season, of community, of welcome. The Kerala Table takes you into the homes, spice gardens, and market lanes where this food actually lives.

You cook with a grandmother whose sadya has never appeared on any menu. You sit under a jackfruit tree and eat the Onam feast the way it was meant to be eaten. You visit a toddy shop that has been open since your host's great-grandfather was a boy.

This is not a cooking class. It is a food education, told through smell and taste and the warmth of someone's kitchen.
